Who can receive Meals On Wheels?
Our service caters to people with a wide variety of needs. If you know someone who is unable to prepare a meal, shop for themselves, or recovering after a hospitalization (from surgery or an illness) contact us. We are here to make these times as easy as possible.
If you or if you know of someone that would like to receive meals from us, we will be glad to help! First you will need to download the application on the right and fill out the information. Then have your, or the person you are filling it out for, physician to fill out the rest of it and have their office to fax it to us for review.
